If you used your debit or credit card at an affected Sonic Drive-In location you can claim up to $10.

The Sonic data breach class action lawsuit is entitled In re: Sonic Corp. Customer Data Security Breach, and is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Sonic Corp. denies any actions of wrongdoing but has agreed to a mind-blowing 4.3 million dollar settlement.

Who is a Sonic Drive-In Data Breach Class Action Settlement Class Member?

Class members in the case are defined as anyone in the United States who “made a purchase using a credit or debit card at one of the 325 impacted Sonic Drive-In locations from April 7, 2020 through April 28, 2020.”

When filing a claim the class member will need to provide the Sonic location in which the purchase was made.
